Connection has evidence-based information and resources
on planning for pregnancy, labor and birth, and the
postpartum period. Childbirth Connection is a national
not-for-profit organization founded in 1918 as Maternity
Center Association. On the top, there is a tab for Health
Professionals. Here you can find links to: The Cochran
Review of Labor Support (21 studies, 15 countries and over
15,000 women); Listening to Women report; the Nature and
Management of Labor Pain as well as information for
childbearing women.
