AIM Patient Safety: Kick Off

March 26, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT Register

Join us for this informative meeting as we set in motion the workplan to implement the OB Hemorrhage Patient Safety Bundle in West Virginia. We are proud that we have been accepted into the Alliance for Innovation in Maternal Health Safety program and we want everyone to join us as we begin our journey.

This meeting will present information about the AIM Patient Safety Program, the collaboration with ACOG and other national partners, and review and discussion of the work plan. We are asking each delivery facility to send one or more team members who can coordinate implementation of the patient safety guidelines at thier institution. Your team may include a nursing leader, a physician champion, midwife, and possibly an administrator, quality or risk manager, perinatal educator or anyone you feel will be helpful in making this project a success. It is important that every labor & delivery unit/team is represented at this meeting, so even if you can only send one person, please join us!

The meeting will be held at the West Virginia Regional Technology Park in South Charleston.
