The West Virginia Perinatal Health Partnership relies for general direction on a Central Advisory Council and its subcommittees:
- Guidelines of Care Subcommittee
- Consultation, Transport, and Referral Subcommittee
- Telecommunications Subcommittee
- Universal Screening Tool and Data Subcommittee.

- Committee on the Economic Impact of Poor Outcomes

- Committee to Encourage the Development of Perinatal Worksite Wellness Programs
